font-size: 14px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">    逆向工程技术是利用测量手段对实物表面进行测量，根据测量数据，通过三维几何建模方法重构实物CAD模型的过程。并通过此模型编制完整的数控五坐标加工程序，完成由传统的常规加工到数字化加工的转化，从而提高产品的加工效率。一、客户需求描述1. 行业现状  该客户的产品为飞机头部及操控室内部整体，飞机的外表面是比较复杂的曲面，并且飞机头也比较大，操控台内部的零件比较多，比较复杂，其中的装配位置比较复杂，常规的测量手段难以测量准确，更难以去逆向建模。 2. 客户当前检测手段局限性 对于这个飞机，客户也没有什么有效的测量手段，小的地方还可以用卡尺卡一下，距离远一点的地方就只能用卷尺去量一个大概了，对于曲面，就更是没有什么好的办法了，然后客户找到我们，我们使用了HSCAN手持式三维激光扫描仪，帮助他们进行扫描、测量，并且逆向，客户在得到我们的帮助后轻松就解决了困难，并且购买了一台三维扫描仪来自己使用，现在客户已经可以自己进行完整的测量了。 <p style="margin-top: 10px;
